This linen sack is bigger than the others he's gotten, about the size of a small dog, but for good reason: opening it up reveals four heads of Sylkis Greens. There's also a note, written in neat, tight handwriting:]
I received food for pets in town. [That... he stole... because Town thinks it's hilarious to put the food in other people's houses to force him to socialize! BUT LISTEN.] I'm delivering them to the owners. I had to ask around.
[He almost gave them to Dextera's chickens because they looked like lettuce or cabbage, and he's never seen a Chocobo in his life.]
This is the purest thing he's seen since he's been here, barring the animals. Thankfully, he isn't face-to-face because the ridiculous cuteness of the drawing makes him incredible embarrassed.

yeah of course not! first of all sparky's about the size of one of these right now. he's still got a lot of growing to do!!
second of all i bet if i give this to my friend he can see if HIS friend can do some of that garden magic they've got going on so we can grow some more for all the chocobos here! so this is a HUGE help, i can't even say how much!

That would be the best method to try. If you need to, you can also involve Clark Kent. He's a farmer. He is working with Strider with the garden, so you will likely meet him regardless.
there are four all together! here at our house there's sparky of course, he's the newest and he's still just a baby. then there's spot and aurorean who are fully grown and belong to my friends. and then nyx has his own who's also an adult but he doesn't live here. i call his chocobo chocobob!
[Actually.............. it's not a bad drawing. They look like chickens, in a way, and sound a bit like chickens, but their dimensions are bigger if they can be mounted for riding. Welp. Damian has officially seen everything.]
I would like to inspect one in the future, if possible. We don't have chocobos in my world, but I know enough animal biology to assist you if something happens.

[He's fairly sure Prompto will share anyway, by the sounds of it, so he's not terribly worried.]
