i. Lucina's a really sweet, really serious girl. I bet if the guys were here, Iggy'd be telling Noct he has a lot to learn from her. She really doesn't seem that much like a princess, though, besides being so noble. It kind of sounds like she's had a rough life? Though maybe it's just because they didn't have a lot of things to cook back in her day.

ii. It's not fair. It's not. She was only ever trying to help people, and she kept quiet because she wanted to save her dad, and... and it's not like she knew what would happen to us! She was good and strong and kind and brave and she was always taking care of me and everyone else, and I... it was like seeing Noct, back then, and thinking, is he lonely, too? She was scared, too. It. Isn't fair. It felt... like she understood me, and that I--I could understand her, too. Like what she needed could have been me.

I can't believe she's gone.

i. I kinda thought he was an Imperial soldier at first, but he seems... not that, even if the way he handles things sometimes has that kind of official military feel to it. Real polite, though.

i. Seems like a good dude. Quiet, but he really spoke up to warn us about these tablet things shocking us.

ii. A lot more to him than meets the eye. Still quiet, but he can be super intense, especially when it comes to his friends. ...Miki probably knew more about him than I do.

MAX OLGUIN (

i. One of the most decent guys here! He's really fun to hang out with, even if we are trapped in space and supposed to kill each other. He seems really normal and, man, I can't even remember the last time I got to feel totally normal. Hanging around with Noct and Iggy and Gladio all the time gets to a guy, I guess.

ii. Max is, like. No matter what, he's friendly and helpful, always looking out for everybody. He was one of the first people to come help me when Lucina... when, when she explained what happened. And afterwards, he came to check on me... He doesn't deserve to be trapped here.

MANAKA SAJYOU (

i. She's fourteen, but she doesn't act like it. I don't know what she acts like. It's unsettling, but she's just a kid, so I hope we all do our best to look after her.

ii. Something's changed, but I can't quite put my finger on it...

THOMAS MACLAINE (

i. Another pretty normal dude. He doesn't seem to like the idea of hunting and is almost as jumpy as me. I have no idea why anyone would call him the "champion accomplice."

ii. I guess he really is more of an adult than most of us. When it mattered... when 'Kira was... he knew exactly what to say. I... I have to thank him, later. When I can face everyone again.

PENNY POLENDINA (

i. I like her! She's so cheerful and friendly and curious about stuff. She's from some place called "Remnant" that's sort of like Eos, but not exactly. It sounds like a much more peaceful world, for one thing.

ii. She trusted me enough to let me take that ransom video away from her, the one with her friend on it. And even though she's a kid, she takes protecting everyone so seriously, she's always... she's a good kid. She doesn't deserve anything that's happening to us, no matter what color her blood is or whatever.

TSURUGI KAMISHIRO (

i. Another super nice guy, like Penny! He's always looking for a way to help us all out as we try to get out of here.

ii. He killed Miki and it wasn't even his fault. He turned into... s-something like a daemon, but he didn't know what was happening, and it was... it was really sad. When he realized what happened, he... he wanted to die. ...It's so not fair.

ZOMBINA (

i. Oh. Em. Gee. An ACTUAL ZOMBIE? That's terrifying, and the way she's so casual about it actually makes it scarier, but at the same time she really goes out of her way to explain things so the rest of us aren't afraid. She made an offer to turn people into zombies to keep them from dying completely, but it doesn't look like a lot of us want to take her up on that. Other than that, she's got a pretty... strong personality? Not a bad one. Sorta like Gladio, if he were more hyper.

ii. I don't know how she manages to keep up all that energy. She's always so perky and ready to explain anything, or fight if she has to. After the trial, she invited everyone to drink and be together, but I... I couldn't face them.

MIKI NAOKI (

i. A good kid. She's older than she looks and way more mature, which is a good thing to be under pressure like this. She's still funny and cute when you take her by surprise, though. I think she likes to run, so maybe I could see about getting back to my regular exercise routine with her?

ii. H-how could this happen...? She was starting to open up, we were talking about our friends--she's the only one I told about my dream. And now... she's gone, and in such... such an awful way... Miki, I'm so sorry. I wish... I wish Tsurugi'd chosen one door further down the hall to attack.

i. She's a real live voice actress! Maybe that's why sometimes it seems like she says things without thinking. Actor types are always a little over the top like that, right?

i. Another nice older guy, like Max. He makes incredible coffee and seemed to have his head on straight even on the first day. I gotta introduce him to Igster. ii. Got us started making characters for that dragon game, right before... right before they all died. ...I don't know if I can play anymore.

i. She's everything I imagined her to be and more. She's so graceful and nice and pretty and perfect... No wonder Noct's been over the moon for her since they were kids. It seems like she has amnesia; she can't remember anything from the attack on Insomnia on. But still, her being here means she survived. I can't let Noct down. Or the planet. I've got to get her back to where she's supposed to be so all these terrible things can finally end.

ii. She's so much stronger than I am. I don't... I don't know how I can get her back to Eos when everything's like this, but she's too nice to blame me for failing her. Even though everything's so terrible, she always finds a way to rise above it... I saw how tired she was the day after--after they killed Chloe. I know she's like Noct; she's doing her best even though everyone expects her to be so much more than human. But I can't even do that...

CHLOE PRICE (

I thought she was kinda scary at first, but she's actually really cool. She's definitely angry, which I get! But she knows a lot about nerdy things like that Dragons game and doesn't mind explaining them to me. Her world doesn't have magic, apparently, but she did say there was a lot of weird stuff going on lately that made her redefine the impossible.

Hanging out with her feels the most like being with the guys.

YURI PLISETSKY (

Yuri came off at first as being waaaay too rude and prickly, but now, I'm pretty sure... I mean, not that I'm any expert at reading people, but I think really he's just scared. He doesn't know how to talk to people, so he keeps them at a distance kind of like I did. When I started thinking of it like that, I just... I couldn't leave a kid like that alone. And it worked! I think he likes me now. Definitely the first time I ever saw him smile, at least. I can't wait to take tons of awesome photos of him!

Korra's kind of in the same boat as Lucina where they don't recognize a lot of the technology here. She's a little lighter-hearted, though, and she was really patient with me even though I screamed at her like she was a goblin. A nice girl.

Roxy is so much fun to hang out with! She's smart and funny and nice and sometimes a little bit hard to understand, but in, like, a chatspeak way. She'd been captured back home and the first thing she's going to do once we get out is go free her best friend Janey. I told her I'd help once I round up the guys. No way would Noct say no, you know?

SETO KAIBA (

Super smart and seriously intimidating. He thinks we might be in some kind of simulation, which I guess does sound more likely than somehow turning up in outer space. One of the first of us to realize the other-worlds thing.

KARAMATSU MATSUNO (

This dude is so much easier to get along with than his brother. The way he talks is sort of strange, but at least he's not an asshole to people he's just met. Man, what's up with his title, though?
